i have found them incredibly professional both at my fathers funeral in 2016 and once again last friday (4th feb 2022) at my dear mothers funeral. both of them had a funeral plan taken out in 2002. we had so many compliments at both funerals from family members and guests about the co-ops professional attitude. highly recommended.
