Nick was the perfect celebrant for my husbands celebration of life. He gave an amazing service for him and really understood who he was as a person and reflected that vibe. He was a great help and was so lovely! Nick made such a difficult experience much easier, and we really appreciate him for that.

Sadly, we lost my father in July, and we knew that the Co-op was one of the better funeral directors in Tamworth. Everyone who we met were so helpful, empathised, and were just so wonderful. I would like to give Dawn the greatest praise. She is just so lovely, and a great asset to your team. She guided my Mom in particular, at what was/is a difficult time, in choosing options. And Dad's funeral was everything we wanted it to be. So as a family, we would like to thank you all, but especially Dawn and the celebrant Nick, who just knew what we wanted to say.

What an amazing service provided by Tamworth Co-operative Funeral Services. A wonderful team, that took great care and proffesionalism whilst dealing with my late son Kurt's funeral. They are so kind, caring and thoughtful. A special thank you to Leah, who looked after me and went through every step of the arrangements, she went above and beyond. Dawn kept me updated at all times and last but not least Kerry, who led my sons hearse, held my hand and was amazing. We cannot give enough praise and thanks to the lovely Dawn who arranged the funeral of our beloved Mom on the 27th February 2024. Dawn looked after our Mom like the Queen that she was. From our first meeting she instantly made us feel at ease, during our consultation she was able to guide us and pick up on exactly the kind of service we wanted. Dawn has a gift of being able to read the situation perfectly, from knowing which celebrant to suggest to the finer details of what we wanted. She made the whole process so easy, warm and friendly. Today we picked up our Mom's ashes and Dawn was ready
