★☆☆☆☆ Mona dealt with my partners fu real arrangements between herself and his father. Was very cold and rude towards myself. Ended up having to sign a waiver and she continuously put me off seeing him in the chapel of rest therefore he was not in a condition I would have wanted to see him. Extremely rude on phone call conversation and seems to lack empathy. Given the service it is regarding you would think there would be more professional employees with an understanding of grief.
