I don't ever leave reviews but felt I had to because as a family, we really could not have got through this time without Franklin and Hawkins. From the first phone call to Carol who helped us with our arrangements and sorted everything out, up until the day, and that was just perfect. My Aunt had told us she really wanted to have one last drive through Solihull and go by where she used to live on the way to the crematorium and this was sorted with no hesitation.
