Rachel at Hicktons family funerals Halesowen is an absolute angel. I lost Dad in January and it was the hardest thing I’ve ever been through. Rachel made such a difficult time bearable with her kind, caring and compassionate nature. She looked after Dad with the dignity and respect that he deserved.
Nothing has been too much trouble for Rachel. She has called and emailed numerous times, listened to my silly questions and took time out to support me. I cannot thank Rachel enough for all that she has done for myself and for Dad whilst in her care. She is an absolute credit to Hicktons.

Kirstie handled the funeral arrangements for our late father, and nothing was too much trouble during the process. They really do live up to their reputation in terms of helping families through their most difficult & bewildering times, with a personalised service given throughout. This is the first time my immediate family has had to arrange a funeral and we were shown compassion & care during the whole process.
