What can i say, outstanding. Jennings in Bilston were absolutely amazing. The care they put into looking after our dear beloved dad and us as a family was superb. They went above and beyond. We as a family can't thank them enough for the way we were treated in the day of the funeral and the lead up to it. Nothing was too much trouble. Cannot praise the Team at Jennings enough. Toni, our funeral planner and main point of contact was exceptional from day 1. She coached us through the whole process, never pushing us on anything, we were allowed time to choose and given the information and choices at every stage, nothing was too much trouble. Mitch and the team on the day executed the plan with efficiency, care and dignity. It ran like clock work. Our family have used them before and we will again, they just get it right.

I can not express how grateful myself and my family are to Toni and Mitch. From the time we contacted them to when we collected the ashes, they were so helpful, supportive, kind and made the process go as well and as smoothly as it could have done in what has been the one of worst times of our lives. The staff at the Bilston branch were so caring and thoughtful during the whole process from arranging the funeral to the day of the funeral. We felt our mom was in good hands. Everyone was so professional yet caring and understanding.
