​I cannot recommend Jennings of Codsall. My family and I had a truly terrible experience during one of the most difficult times of our family. Amanda, demonstrated a complete lack of empathy and compassion. She referred to my late brother as my late father, a mistake that was incredibly hurtful and disrespectful, and showed she was not listening to a word we said. When I tried to voice my concerns and fears, she consistently spoke over me with what felt like a memorised script, rather than addressing our needs. ​The distress was compounded by another member of staff, Junior, who gaslit me, att
