My beautiful Father passed away and the person that I trusted to help him on his final journey was Mark Timmins.
Mark was very empathetic and efficient. He introduced us to Rachel and together we all organised a perfect day including them recommending a great Celebrant and Florist. Rachel was very engaged, making sure everything was just how we wanted Order of Service, music and readings, right up until the day before simply ringing to see how we were and to send her best wishes.
On the actual day of the Funeral Mark took great care of us all - he is very respectful with a human touch.
