Clive and his team cared for both my father (17 years ago) and my mother this month, and I wouldn't trust anyone else. The service that they provide from first informing them of the death, to the funeral service and beyond is compassionate, personal and very attentive. It is an emotional confusing time but Clive is very reassuring and you know that you are in safe hands. I phoned him on day one following my mum's death and his knowledge and advice about the process was exactly what I needed, not knowing where else to turn. After being informed by my parents of what happened following our recent bereavement I decided to wait and calm down before placing this review. I gave 1 star because you can’t give zero, Skye needs to find herself another career. She had one simple task to do and it went so badly wrong. Such a failure has left a family in shock and disbelief.
