This year both my parents died, one in April and mum in September. The only funeral service I was going to use was Taylors.
The quality of service, empathy and attention to detail was just as high as 10 years ago.

I signposted my mum to Tony 7 years ago to plan her funeral. I’d met Tony multiple times in a professional capacity. I always found Taylor’s very dignified, (not something I’d always seen) and wanted the same for my mum. I’d met Tony and Helen multiple times as they support the community tremendously. Tony met mum was amazing with her and when the time came for me and my family to entrust her into their care, they were amazing throughout. I cannot thank you enough. I cannot thank Taylor Funeral Service enough for their amazing, compassionate, caring and professional service they gave to us during our recent bereavement of my Mum. From the moment I rang Tony up on the Saturday night that Mum passed to the point we were dropped off after the funeral could not have been any more comforting at a time of upmost distress. Tony had planned Mum's route to the crematorium to incorporate going past her place of worship and then up over Scapegoat Hill where he knew Mum was born and had asked for her ashes to be scattered.
