Honestly I have spent a few weeks considering this review as I am not one to post negative feedback but on this occasion I feel the need to do so. After the funeral of my ex husband, my daughters father I was due to go on holiday, there was a few hundred pounds outstanding so I arranged to call in on the day after my return to pay the balance and collect his ashes. Went to Batley branch she got the ashes not realised they was still money to pay so I reminded her and asked to pay by card, she told me they had no card machine but I could go to birkenshaw or pay by phone which was totally fine, s
