Thank you all at gateway for your amazing service. Everyone I met was so caring and considerate and it made me feel comfortable and at ease knowing my dad had made it to the Chapel of rest. The embalmer did a fantastic job, which was important for me as I watched my dad sadly die so the last time I remember him is when he looked peaceful and asleep in the Chapel of rest which is something I thought no amount of money would be able to do, but they did it. The order of service was beautifully designed by gateway and the staff called to check in with me.

I cannot recommend Gateway enough. This is the second time I've used due to both my parents passing and they have been absolutely brilliant. Janice did my dad's funeral and was lovely and amazing. Emma did my mum's and she was also absolutely amazing. Emma made sure that I was ok and helped as much as she could.
