They were very efficient and well organised, the funeral went smoothly (especially difficult during a deadly pandemic) and most of all the caring manner adopted by the staff made things that bit easier to cope with. This company offer a very understanding, compassionate customer service, inform you every step of the way, giving you full control and choice of what you want from them. The kindness of the staff from the initial sales team, to the limosene driver and the coffin bearers, we felt cared for from the start. They offer beautiful flowers and memorial options, and even set up an online memorial page if you want one.
