From the very first phone call with Charlotte, just days before my Daddy passed, we felt we were in safe, compassionate hands. Charlotte was kind, calm, and incredibly supportive during such an emotional time and talked us through the steps once he passed.
Luke then took the reins and meeting him only reinforced that feeling. His care, empathy, and ability to read what people need was truly comforting.
