crematorium then everything went down hill lost ashes no fingerprint for the family which was asked for on the first visit not put in the box we ordered then not done correctly it was just a mess with
then no-one in office for a week had to get put through to someone else messed about with the final bill not happy with them at all saying different amounts anyone can call to ask about anyone's funeral arrangements and get told what they want to ask without giving a name ect as they told me anything I asked about without asking
