Michelle was a wonderful funeral director. She guided us through every step, offering advice and guidance. She went above and beyond even speaking to local council workers to ask them to allow the funeral procession to exit through a closed road. After the devastation of my husband passing away suddenly I was allocated Michelle Hargreaves's as my funeral organiser she was totally supportive to my anguish and arranged all my funeral wishes for my husband making his funeral person centred and respectful.
