I was handed my babies ashes In a party bag. A.party.bag. This was back In August 2022 and It’s one of those things that sticks with you. Please, take better care. Even for those born too soon. They were still someone’s child.

absolutely vile how they have treated my best friend, she died on the 28th December and all they kept asking for is money, me and her family lost out on seeing her in the chapel of rest as her body wasn't looked after. she cant be dressed in her own clothes because her body is badly decomposed and she's only just being put to rest nearly 3 months after her passing because of these and their money grabbing ways. i would never recommend these, don't know how they can live with themselves.....vile.
