From the first meeting with Rachel at the Keighley office, we have found the Melia Powell team to be very helpful & professional. Made more difficult by not actually living in Keighley, a lot of the arrangements & tweaking of the service were done by email or on the phone with Rachel. They were nothing but helpful, even down to me singing songs down the phone to Rachel and her then finding them & playing them back to me. The day of my Aunties funeral was nothing but supportive & professional.
