First of all I would like to thank Alison for her patience and care in helping me through the process of planning the service for Ian. From the jumble of thoughts in my mind she managed to extract the details to form a fitting tribute. I would also like to give a huge thank you to Piers who took us through the service with just the right balance of sadness and humour.
Thank you also to Megan and the staff manning the hearse for their kindness and care before and after the service.

Wow! I have used this service three times for my Parents and more recently my husband, I cannot recommend them enough from start to finish there was excellence shown throughout the whole process. The organisation of the funeral was excellent and went without a hitch. The care and attention demonstrated was phenomenal before, during AND after the event. I would like to commend Megan (the Magnificent) for her individual care and attention, she was amazing, giving great comfort in a difficult time.

My mum prepaid her funeral costs with the Coop and, following her recent passing, I have needed them again.
