Following the death of our mum Jackson’s of Silsden were called to collect our mums body and from that moment myself and my brothers knew we wanted them to arrange her funeral.
Andy was professional, kind, considerate and friendly throughout every step, he checked in on us throughout every step and no request was too much, we wanted a personalised Rod Stewart coffin for our mum and Andy sorted it and it looked fantastic!
We can not thank Jackson’s especially Andy enough for making such a sad time go so smoothly.

For anyone who has never arranged a funeral before it can be very daunting. After speaking with Andrew Bowness at Jacksons all my worries were taken away. A weight was take off my shoulders as Andrew organised and arranged everything for dad's send off. Communication and Andrews down to earth attitude could not have made the day go any better. Also a massive thank you to Margaret Foxley who is a very gifted celebrant. Between you, you made for a perfect day. Having being unfortunate enough to lose both our parents unexpectedly within 4 weeks of each other, David along with the rest of the team helped us immensely with both funerals and cared for our loved ones, along with ourselves with the upmost care and respect. David made what has undoubtedly been the worst time of our lives, a little easier to deal with and made us feel at ease with all the arrangements.
