A wonderful and supportive team who looked after my husband, who passed suddenly, and our family at a difficult time. I needed guidance and support, whilst being in control of the planning process. I can't thank Krystle enough for her amazing support from start to finish. The minute I walked into the building Krystle put me at ease. She helped me organise everything and made my final goodbye to my partner as lovely as it could be. During the day itself, she was there every step of the way. Not only that, Krystle was there out of hours, with calls and texts making sure I was okay and if I needed anything. Her support is outstanding and I highly recommend her.
