From the first meeting Andrew was kind, empathetic and authentic. I realise that is the job, but its easy to feel overwhelmed and potentially irrational at having to discuss funeral arrangements. He made us feel very comfortable, gave us time, gently guided us and displayed the upmost respect for our mother. He always referenced her as a person and not someone who had passed away.
We were comfortable talking about her and even had lighthearted moments to interrupt the sadness. This is only possible if you have a connection with the person you are dealing with.

Andy and his team were outstanding, Andy had the utmost respect for my dad and sorted many errors out that the hospital had made, he made sure he was the one to collect my dad and he also came to work on his annual leave for my dad and family. I suffered a heart attack and Andy said did I need anything, I wasn't dead and he was there for me and my family, Andy and his team will take care of your loved one as well as your family.
