The staff at Lazenby and Scorah were so kind and helpful after my husband passed away. Mary and Bernardine kept me informed at every step. I was able to see my husband at the funeral home in a quiet area where I could say my last goodbye.
The funeral was booked - church, vicar, graveyard; funeral notices in the local paper , and service booklet. Nothing was too much trouble.
On the day of the funeral the staff were very formal and respectful. All in all I felt my husband had the funeral he deserved. And I was treated with such kindness; I’ll never forget. Thank you so much.

T.F. Morritt Funeral Directors where very caring and professional in all aspects of my fathers funeral. They coordinated with the hospital and the crematorium. They kept us up to date when they had collected dad and dressed him. The office based coordinators are so helpful and genuinely lovely, answering questions, plus any other assistance we required. A plan had been put in place by the family member that had deceased, so from first contact with them, with the plan details, to the funeral itself, the staff showed care and compassion, treating us and more importantly our loved one with dignity and respect.
I was in attendance at the care home, when our family member was collected, and although due to space constraints in the home, they did their upmost to treat her with dignity, which wasn't easy for them.
