I chose Hartley and Son as my mum had always preferred family run funeral directors. This was the first time I had been responsible for organising a funeral, including the registration process. James was superb in advising me on the process and helping me to reach informed decisions. In the end I was able to feel proud of the send off we gave to mum, a major help in the healing process.
