I want to thank Sarah, Jon and the team from the bottom of my heart for the excellent and compassionate way they looked after my dad and helped us organise a beautiful funeral for him. From the first time I spoke to Sarah I felt looked after and she guided us through the whole thing. Nothing was too much trouble. When I saw Sarah walking in front of the coffin it was very moving and so respectful. Every member of the team was brilliant. Thank you from all Peter's family, we are very grateful. ❤️

Lovely people, genuine respect and thought for loved ones in their care and the bereaved. Reasonably priced. Honest about costs- saying we could buy our own flowers, print our own service sheets etc. and deliver them to the funeral home before the funeral. Very accommodating. There did seem to be a tiny lack of communication though as I had to nip back to the funeral home to collect my mum's watch and no one mentioned that we still had a small outstanding bill to pay, so I had to go back to pay that, when the invoice arrived by post. Tiny niggle.
