★☆☆☆☆ I would not recommend to use this company. We used them many years ago for my grandma and they were very good.
This time we used them we are not happy.
We felt they had no empathy at all and felt at times they were rude.
The communication was terrible and when we contacted them to ask any questions it felt like an inconvenience to them.
The funeral was spoiled overall by them bringing a private ambulance and driving in front of everyone in it. It looked horrible and everyone was asking why it was there.
★☆☆☆☆ I have attended 2 funerals recently the staff was extremely rude and unapproachable. The whole thing was very rushed and unprofessional in every way. Binks also have extra hidden chargers and don’t comply with time keeping I’m very disappointed with there services and would never recommend them in the future
