I can’t thank and highly recommend enough the team at J Lazenbys and Sons for their professional but personal manner they dealt with my late mother’s funeral. My father purchased a Golden Leaves Funeral Plan, and when he passed on the 13th of August, Golden Leaves asked Lazenby's to manage my dads passing. From the off, they were efficient and professional. They arrived at the care home, once notified, very quickly, being respectful of us as a family being in room with my father, ensuring we didn't feel under pressure to vacate the room, they were understanding and sympathetic.
