I have to say that everyone involved with organising my husbands funeral was very professional, but I do think Sean deserves a BIG mention, as from the minute I met him he put me at ease and was so helpful and professional in all aspects of the arrangements right through to the minute we said goodbye after the funeral, I felt he came as a stranger and left as a friend. Sara handled all aspects of arranging the service, it was a huge load off of us and I was impressed with how much they arranged and the care and compassion showed. This was my first direct experience of arranging a funeral and using Harpins was possibly the best thing I could have done. The care, compassion and professionalism was second to non right from the very first introduction to looking after of my mum whilst in their care and through to the funeral itself. All was faultless.
