When commencing my search for a company to take care of my father's final journey, I found it very difficult. There were no great reviews out there and it was a bit of a leap of faith, which is one reason I am keen to leave a detailed review.
After talking to Clive, I just knew dad would be in good hands with them. Instantly organised to meet us and from here on was in touch with us daily basis organising what turned out to be quite a difficult process. he liaised with the hospital and coroner, keeping us up to date each step of the way. Having recently lost a loved one, I was glad to have Pearsons taking care of the funeral arrangements. They were very efficient and well organised, the funeral went smoothly (especially difficult during a deadly pandemic) and most of all the caring manner adopted by the staff made things that bit easier to cope with. I especially would like to thank Skye who knew just the right things to say and whose warmth was much appreciated.

This company offer a very understanding, compassionate customer service, inform you every step of the way, giving you full control and choice of what you want from them. The kindness of the staff from the initial sales team, to the limosene driver and the coffin bearers, we felt cared for from the start. They offer beautiful flowers and memorial options, and even set up an online memorial page if you want one.
