Macey was so compassionate and thoughtful throughout the whole process of sorting things for mums funeral.
From the very 1st meeting with her, myself, my sisters and our dad we were made to feel heard and all of mums wishes were taken into consideration every step of the way.
Each time we rang or emailed Macey she was kind and helpful.
The order of service was handled beautifully with all the poems we wanted and photos added, and mum wanted her coffin to be decorated in photos of her and her family and Macey did that so well that we had many comments of the day of the funeral.

It was all made very easy for us from the start to the finish of the process. The flowers and Service Orders were lovely and the staff were brilliant, all helpful, friendly and respectful. The Celebrant, recommended by the Coop was wonderful, guiding us through all the planning in a sensitive and caring way and leading the service professionally and with genuine empathy.
Can’t recommend Coop Funeral-care highly enough.

Excellent funeral arranging service from Macey at Co-op Funeral Care, Salisbury. Mum had a pre-paid funeral plan at a Co-op in another city, which they were happy to honour, which made our lives much easier. Everything was managed from flowers, charity donations and orders of service to booking the celebrant; the lovely Jane Arnold, who wrote us a bespoke and uplifting service for Mum. On the day, Grace and her team were kind, professional and extremely repectful. Thank you

Terrible customer service and communication. They said they would contact us before and after my loved ones cremation and neither phone calls were made making myself and family feeling uncertain and distressed. When attempting to make contact with them there was no answer. Where is my Grandad right now? Has he even been cremated? We don’t know.
We had an initial consultation booked and the representative didn’t even turn up, the building was locked and my mother and I were left waiting in the rain, unable to contact them at all.
