I would like to share my positive experience of using Bracher Brothers for my Mother's funeral service last week. The kindness, consideration and care shown by Bracher Brothers was exemplary throughout the whole process and the family were very pleased that we had chosen such a professional organisation. The complete package of services meshed seamlessly together, we were kept informed at every stage of organising the service and I cannot speak highly enough. Many thanks to all the staff involved and in particular to Nadia.

I was very satisfied with every aspect of my mother’s care.
It was sensitive, dignified and respectful and made a very sad situation bearable.

I had cause to make contact with Bracher Brothers on Tuesday 29th October to make enquiries about my late aunt. Sadly family members had not notified me or my aunts sister in law of my aunts passing and I was simply trying to find out information about her funeral that had already been carried out. I found the female person I spoke to (presuming she was a Funeral Director) to be very unsympathetic, officious and uncaring and she made it quite clear that she was in a rush to attend a Funeral. It’s been a terrible experience with Bracher Bros from start to finish. Their staff leave all the time and communication is just dreadful. They don’t reply to emails. I have been trying to organise a headstone for my parents’ grave but Bracher Bros are not responding to my emails. They have not made the necessary payments due to the stonemasons out of the large balance remaining in my parents funeral packages so getting a headstone is proving very challenging, exhausting and upsetting. I honestly don’t know why we got a funeral package, it was meant to make things easier but it has in fact ac

Wish I had gone with my gut instinct when I first had contact with this funeral director. I was met with a lack of enthusiasm for anything. Wanted a direct cremation for my brother (his wishes), and feel that because we weren’t spending a lot of money that we have been given sub-standard treatment.
I have just called to enquire when we might have my brothers ashes back - he was cremated just over 3 weeks ago. I was told he was already back - yet nobody bothered to call to let me know. Just some bumbling, and lacking sympathy excuse about being too busy to pick up the phone. Disgusted.
