I was so impressed by the gently respectful way my father’s death and funeral was handled by the team at F W Jones. Jess walked me through the necessary procedures prior to the funeral date - I didn’t have a clue - and Harry helped me navigate the stress of the day with his kind, professional and very natural manner. I would have no hesitation in recommending this business to anyone finding themselves in need of this kind of service. So grateful to know that Dad was in good hands right to the very end. Thank you xx

The funeral arrangements for my wife Margaret in February were handled excellently in every way. From the very first meeting both my son and myself were made to feel comfortable and confident that the staff we met were highly experienced. All aspects were perfectly satisfactory and we were highly pleased.

F W Jones were brilliant all through this process at a very emotional and testing time.
Jess in the office was responsive, full of ideas and carefully led me and my brother through all the decisions we had to make. Everything happened as it should do and we were very grateful.
On the day the crematorium crew were also brilliant, very empathetic and full of information and help with coffin carrying and the various things which needed doing.
Very impressed, strongly recommend.

I can’t thank Meg enough for the empathy shown to my family during a time of immense grief.
Meg offered support, guidance and upmost respect through the whole of the process, whilst making the toughest decisions.
Thank you Meg for standing by my side when saying that final goodbye.

If I could, I wouldn't give this place 1 star... I used Jones' when my dad passed in Feb 2023. I thought it was still family run but it isn't...It has taken me this long to finally tell people what this place is like. The woman who took all details at the Initial meeting and wrote things down, was very nice. Did she lose the paper it was written on??? .....
I went to see dad in Chapel of rest, his head was tilted back and his head wasn't on a cushion and I
was told that if I need support, someone would be there.... my dad looked awful, like he had 2 black eyes. I left the room and balled my
