Karen and the team from Melksham were extremely professional and compassionate with the arrangements of my late mum's funeral. It felt like we had a guiding arm around our shoulders at such a difficult time. The attention to detail was such a kind gesture, my mum used two different spellings of her name, Karen found a way to reflect this on the coffin. Thank you.
On the day of the funeral Craig and the pall bearers did an incredible job in such a restricted space.
