David your manager at your calne branch showed us true empathy he made things very easy for us re choosing my mums coffin, flowers etc. He explained what would happen on the day too. On the funeral day he was very professional and we couldn’t have got through the day without him, I would like to take this opportunity to thank John eye much he was watching out for me all the time as the ground in the churchyard was slippery he stopped me from falling a couple of times.
