It was important to us when looking for a funeral directors that made us instantly feel comfortable and at ease, which Ian did from the very first time we met him. Such a lovely Team, from Brother Ian to Sister Diane and the Pall-bearers elegant departure, carrying my Pa with such dignity, has left a lasting impression. The Wicker Coffin was beautiful too and the return of the Ashes in good time, meant our overseas Family could scatter the Ashes before going home. A HUGE thank you.
