It was important to us when looking for a funeral directors that made us instantly feel comfortable and at ease, which Ian did from the very first time we met him. Due to our loved ones death being unexpected and sudden, we really had no clue what we were doing, but Ian made everything so easy and did so much for us. Such a lovely Team, from Brother Ian to Sister Diane and the Pall-bearers elegant departure, carrying my Pa with such dignity, has left a lasting impression. The Wicker Coffin was beautiful too and the return of the Ashes in good time, meant our overseas Family could scatter the Ashes before going home. A HUGE thank you.
