From the very first contact, the arrangement completed. The funeral procession from mums home , with Tom walking in front of mums coffin, the actual arrival at the crematorium, the care with mums coffin being taken inside. And instructions given to us. The countless calls I’ve made to Tom, Sara and Odette with questions , the care showed to mum, and to us when we visited mum. Right up until we visited for mum’s ashes. We’ve been shown complete compassion and respect. Thank you Odette , Tom and Sara for everything.

My daughter Laura sadly passed away in April 2025. We have known odette for a number of years and didn't hesitate to go to her for organising our Laura's funeral. Odette her son tom and daughter Sarah was so caring and understanding from start to finish. Everything we wanted for Laura was taken care of by odette tom and Sarah. They even arranged Laura's cremation tablet and kept us informed of how long it would take and the cost. They rang us to tell us when the tablet was being put down. It looks fantastic.
