When you choose a funeral plan you don't really know what to expect . When a loved one passes it's an extremely emotional time . Dad chose his plan with Simplicity Cremation's and when the time came A.V. Band Funeral Director's were chosen to perform his funeral. A.V. Band was very compassionate and treated both me and the memory of my wife with great dignity. Everything from arranging the funeral, thank you Jane, to the actual service, thanks to Jennifer and her very supportive but very discreet team, was perfect. At no point did I feel my wishes were ignored. Even advice about which florists I could approach to the choice of urn for my wife's ashes was handled with great sympathy. I can't thank them enough for making a very distressing time so much easier to bear.

I have dealt with AV Band for my Mum`s funeral and they also dealt with my Dad`s funeral in the past. They have been extremely professional and caring in their approach. Chantelle made the difficult process so much easier to deal with. She showed complete understanding and empathy. I spoke with her on many occasions and every time she demonstrated a polite, caring attitude. Nothing seemed too much trouble. I also spoke to Jackie on a few occasions. She also came over as caring and understanding. Both true professionals in their work. Overall the whole team did a great job. Could not have asked

Sadly, it was my lovely dad’s funeral yesterday. A V Band were wonderful from start to finish. They were so professional throughout & spoke to my mum, explaining step by step what was going to happen. Unfortunately, I have forgotten the young lad’s name who was the lead undertaker, but he was so lovely, polite & understanding.
