Just want to say what a amazing team you have as we had a funeral of Richard Painter today and there was a blond lady that was amazing that calmed us down as worried what to do as first time carrying and she showed us what to do step by step. and the other guys were amazing too and at the end gave us there time to talk even got out of the car to talk, 5 star service all the way :)
