At quite short notice, the lovely staff at Oops-A-Daisy in Barnards Green, created five amazing floral displays. They listened and provided exactly what we asked for...they lent us some pedestals and when they delivered and put the flowers in position, they looked exceptional.
When the manageress had a serious accident, she still went out of her way to ensure that we had our flowers by calling on a retired member of staff who worked for hours on a Sunday to ensure that we had the flowerson time. The manageress still continued to do the admin even though she was incapacitated.

Julie and the team at Coop Malvern are excellent. Very patient, kind and show great empathy and care to both the deceased and to the family. Have sadly had to use their services twice in past few years, both times the arrangements were just right. If you suffer a loss, call Julie and she will instantly put your mind at rest. She will not rush you for decisions, but will help you through the whole process. Funeral costs were all fair and reasonable.
