I feel compelled to write a positive review despite going through the difficulties of losing a loved one. I instructed E J Gumery to take care of the arrangements for my late father. The last thing you want is to be hassled and bombarded with these types of arrangements during such difficult circumstances, and I also felt it was alien territory. So it came as an absolute pleasure to have Theo take care of everything for me. I met with Theo several times, and we communicated via phone when needed. He was very calm and empathetic towards me and was also very in tune with my dad's wishes and too
