Lisa and Ellie at Regency I cannot recommend enough, from my first phone call if they could collect our family member late evening, to the subsequent visit to their premises, where they both guided us with relevant information and assistance to help us to arrange the perfect woodland burial. We did not feel pressurized to sign up to anything that we didn’t want and honestly they went above and beyond to support us in arranging the burial how we wanted it done, nothing was too much trouble.

After the loss of my wife, I Just happened to call in to Regency, and Ellie immediately put me at ease. She gave me some advice, which I took with me, and didn't pressure me. Ellie also answered one of my main questions, would the dogs be able to see Margaret, and without hesitation she said Yes. This personal touch was what made my mind up.

I cannot recommend Regency highly enough. Lisa and Ellie were so helpful and understanding of our needs from day one. A lovely relaxed setting to discuss your needs and the kettle is always on. As a bonus also a shoulder to cry on if you need it. Attention to detail is amazing and you know your loved one is in safe hands and they really care. There door is never closed even after the funeral and you soon become a friend.
