My Mother recently called in to ask about her own funeral plan, which is with Co-op funeral. The first person she saw, a woman, maybe in her 50s, Mum said, put her hand up and said 'let me stop you there' RUDE 'we don't deal with plans' 'have you got a pen and paper'. Mum said no, woman gave her a number to call. Mum left very upset thinking 'do I even have a plan'. Mum called the number burst into tears to the lady who answered, explained what had happened and was told that she should NEVER have spoken to her like that! I am fuming at this disgusting behaviour by someone who 'should' be prof

I witnessed a female staff member waving her hand at an elderly customer and speaking to her in a rather abrupt manner. This seemed very rude and as the lady got outside I saw her start to well up. I asked her if she was ok and she told me that she had only popped in to ask about her funeral plan but was asked to call another number. I asked the lady why there was a commotion and why she was crying. She said she didn't want to cause a fuss but I know from what I saw and heard that the lady working there was extremely rude to this lady and doesn't deserve a job anywhere. She is also the reason
