He conducts himself with a calm, quiet professional manner. He made each meeting easy to manage, and organised extra important touches that made a big difference to the family. and we thank him. At the most emotional of times, you need someone who sorts out the details of your funeral for you, whilst explaining things to you and understanding your needs. From the first encounter with Helen, and subsequent contact with Gareth, we had the best of help and support, their customer care skills are excellent and they achieved just the right level of sympathy and respect with an important element of humour. We hope not to have to use them again, but if the need arises, they will definitely be our first port of call. I'm very grateful for the way they eased us through the process.
