Words cannot express just how amazing and professional Anthony and his team are . At such a sad and difficult time Gillotts pulled out all the stops and made everything easier . From the 1st meet we knew he would look after our beloved mum and had such empathy and compassion . We had the funeral yesterday and it was amazing and a real tribute to mum from start to finish . It's such a sad subject but after yesterday I wouldn't want anyone else looking after mum and preparing her funeral . Can't thank the team at Gillotts Heanor enough for how they looked after us after the recent passing of my Mum. Her funeral ended up being an event as a family we really enjoyed, everything went exactly how we planned it and we gave Mum a send off that she so deserved. When you find yourself in one of the worst situations in life you need people like at team at Gillotts who are kind, caring and will do everything they possible can for you.

Following the sudden loss of my husband I could easily have just let Gillotts arrange everything – and I’m sure that it would have been fine. But I didn’t want a ‘package’ and felt that arranging his funeral was the last thing I could do for my husband and, never having had dealings with a funeral before, I wanted to get it right.
Anthony was so incredibly patient, letting me take it at my own pace, not rushing me, but guiding me and always there for support whenever I needed it
