★☆☆☆☆ We've recently cremated Dad. The correspondence to start with was pretty good but when we contacted them to insure Dad was at their Chapel of rest and not the hospital, it took ten days for a reply! (I'm guessing it was because he was still at the hospital and they didn't reply because they wanted to move him from there first!) Either way, this is unacceptable!
The directors arrived at 1240pm. They should of been with us at 1200pm. The service was booked with our guests at 1230pm!
It's no good blaming the traffic, as the traffic problem that we are currently enduring atm in Burton starts outs
