The care that my father received at Emmanuel was nothing short of excellent. The staff could not have been more attentive to his needs and treated him with utmost dignity. They were also very welcoming of visitors, kept in regular contact with us and were always available to meet with us and answer any questions. The carers developed a genuine rapport with my father and would often come to see him to say hello even if they were working in a different area of the building.

Thank you to the carers at Emmanuel! My mum is in residence there and at 97 years of age, she has praised the staff for constant kindness, friendliness and general dedication to their very
demanding roles. Special thanks to Stephen who managed to take her out for a lovely trip this afternoon; something we, her family, never expected to happen
The staff at Emmanuel genuinly care and work hard day in day out, nothing is too much trouble for them.

Very very poor. My grandma recently spent 4 months in Emmanuel house. She has come out 2 stone lighter. Losing this much weight at her age is not good especially as before she went in there she had a great appetite.
Every time I called or another family member would call we would either have a resident answer or the receptionist always telling us to call back as the phone lines are busy. Would not recommend to anyone!

Absolutely appalled with the way my mother was treated by this care home, we experienced many issues with her care, after taking my mother out of this horrendous place she sadly died a few days later. The manager Shirley was awful to deal with, will lie to your face, try and push blame onto the family, even raised safeguarding concerns against us as family - what a joke that was! My mother was neglected, not fed properly, they lied about medication, not even giving my mother her special supplement drinks saying they had run out, but when we left we were given them all back as part of her prope
