Absolutely amazing staff, becky did my mum's funeral 8 years ago,everything we asked was done,excellent work. And recently Gavin did my dad's funeral. Gavin was so helpful always kept in contact if needing to know anything and vice versa with myself,nothing was too much trouble. I was so nervous in planning and making sure everything was how my dad wanted it. Gavin made sure that it all came together with ease and it was the send off my dad deserved. when our son died we were a little bit wary of how we would pick a funeral director,we asked if we could have a " look" round,they were very very nice,we had a look,was asked if we wanted time. we said no,we booked the service straight away..from start to end it was a VERY WELL ORGANISED SERVICE,and scott the celebrant was EXCEPTIONAL read what we had said about our sons life and turned it from a sad occasion to one that EVERYONE will remember,,MASSIVE thank you to all at HORTENS 👏👏👏👏
