Personal and sympathetic service that makes you feel like you and your loved one are actual people. I went to Gwinnell’s in a tiz, because of a mistake made by Mum’s funeral plan company, and Sadie was immediately reassuring and positive, promising to sort everything out for us, which she did. Throughout the whole process, she was professional and super-efficient, while at the same time being patient and giving us time to think about things.
