Nick, Rob and Hannah are absolutely fantastic, they have dealt with sorting a prepaid funeral plan (very easy!) moving a family member, funerals, cremation burial. Getting headstones moved and letters added. All with kindness and professionalism! Nothing is too much trouble for them and they welcome you in with open arms. Even down to helping you reverse out into the road! A horrible time was made much easier because of them. Thank you all! Having lost our Dad very suddenly, we were at a complete loss with regard to what we had to do next. Liz was the first person we spoke to and she gave so much information and was so approachable and empathetic.
We opted for Goodwins based on their Google reviews - sometimes a risky thing to do, but they were utterly amazing. It made the unenviable task of organising dad's send off so much easier.
